Return & Shipping Policy

ABQChile LLC specializes in shipping authentic Hatch, New Mexico chile products, including but not limited to sun-dried Red Chile Pods, Red & Green Chile Powder, Pinto Beans, Ristras, and Fresh Green Chile when in season. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Because chile and related food products are perishable, ABQChile LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds on any items. This includes fresh, dried, and powdered chile products.

Natural variations in heat level, flavor, and appearance are expected due to growing conditions, weather, and harvest differences. These variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, ABQChile LLC is not responsible for:

• Packages left outside after delivery confirmation

• Delays, damage, or mishandling caused by shipping carriers

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not retrieved promptly

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring packages are received in a timely manner.

Shipping Restrictions & Recommendations

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

• For Hawaii and Alaska, we strongly recommend Next Day Delivery for best product quality.

• For all perishable items, we highly recommend selecting Priority Mail or Priority Express at checkout.

• ABQChile LLC is not responsible for product quality if slower or non-recommended shipping options are selected.
