About us

Our journey began with Janet, who grew up watching her parents (Francisco & Socorro Arredondo) run their store, Chile Konnection In Albuquerque, NM. As Janet got older she helped work alongside them and her family. Growing up surrounded by the rich aromas of roasting Green Chile and the deep tradition of New Mexico cuisine, she developed a passion for sharing these flavors with others. Claudia, a new chile lover, was inspired by Janet’s enthusiasm and joined her in bringing this dream to life—making authentic New Mexico chile products available to chile lovers across the country. Together, we are on a mission to keep these traditions alive and ship the best New Mexico Chile straight to your home.
